I'm not sure how much of SLAV's professional learning you've been able to tap into but suggest that if you check out the "past papers" links on the website you'll find loads of directional ideas. The recordings of Joyce Valenza's conference are there. That was full of inspirational ideas.
Also, can I suggest you have a look at the SLAV journals FYI and Synergy. Both have many good ideas. It's not a matter of making radical change but it's certainly necessary to be making some changes that will bring your library into relevance. The use and role of school libraries has changed dramatically with the introduction of 1:1 computing and easy access to online resources.
Venturing into doing the PLN would also be a good idea if you need to increase your skills in the use of the new tools of education e.g. blogs, wikis, social bookmarking etc.
